Do I own my website?
Yes! All websites which I create is 100% owned by you. If you ever decide you want to move to another host or web designer, I shall assist you with this transfer.

How long does it take to design and build a website?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your website requirements. If you require business copywriting as an additional service; this can add an extra 2 weeks to your project timeline. 

Will my website work on smartphones/tablets?
Yes! All websites are designed to be fully mobile responsive and user friendly across all mobile devices. More and more people are viewing websites through their smartphones and tablets, we like to design our websites for the future!

What is your payment policy?
The website creation fee is paid via BACS or PayPal. A 50% upfront deposit is required before starting any web design work. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced to you once your website project has been signed off as complete. We appreciate prompt payment – usually within 10 days once we have issued your invoice.

For business copywriting services; web related work billed per hour or any website add-on packages (PPC Advertising, Email Marketing, eCommerce Integration or Offsite SEO): a 50% deposit is required via BACS or PayPal before starting any related work. The remaining 50% is to be paid once work has been signed off as complete. We appreciate prompt payment – usually within 10 days once we have issued your invoice. 

For any of our web maintenance packages or Monthly Custom Google Analytics Reports, we will invoice you every month via BACS or PayPal. We appreciate prompt payment – usually within 10 days once we have issued your invoice. 

What is your hourly rate?
£50 per hour for any web related work: web design, maintenance, content creation, security updates, initial set up costs etc. This is all billable work if you have not signed up to any of my website creation or web maintenance packages.

How are your prices so cheap?
I work from home. This means there are no fancy offices, flashy equipment or other employees I have to pay.

Can I see your previous work?
Absolutely. Send me a message and I’ll provide you with a link to my portfolio / tailored samples to your industry.

What do you need to get started?
Please message me first before placing an order. This provides us with the opportunity to discuss what exactly you’re looking for. Everyone has different requirements and set of needs, hence the real need to discuss before placing your order.

Do I have to provide content (text and images)?
Not necessarily. If not provided, I will use dummy text and relevant images according to your business industry. All text and images can be changed or modified later.
